Brandyn Campbell

Brandyn Campbell (she/her) is a speaker, advocate and writer who partners with leaders and organizations to cultivate cultures grounded in care, connection, and courageous inclusion. The founder of Brandyn Campbell Communications, a DEIB consulting firm, she draws on more than 20 years of global experience designing practical, human-centered strategies that strengthen communication, belonging, and trust.
With a background in Political Science and International Relations, Brandyn brings a lifelong interest in understanding how systems, stories, and cultures shape our relationships and communities. She is known for transforming difficult conversations into meaningful catalysts for sustainable change. Organizations that have benefited from her expertise include Dell, the National Football League, and the Society for Human Resource Management. Brandyn’s writing on empathy, equity, and organizational culture has appeared in outlets including Businessweek, Thrive Global, and Philadelphia magazine. Her work has been featured across local and national media and numerous podcasts.
Brandyn lives in West Chester with her son and daughter. She finds joy through music, reading, nature, impromptu dance parties, and going on adventures with her kids.
